It’s a relatively new feature rolled out by APBA. If you are wondering too, don’t sweat it. I’ve been getting this question a lot lately. These are not master game pitchers ratings.
I do have a question (it’s been a number of years since I last ordered a season) … Maddux has some sort of rating “(30)”.
